The Bay Center is sponsoring a 3-hour workshop, led by Carol Jacobs, MSW, LCSW, that will provide an opportunity to explore and lightly step into the world of Carl Jung's theories. Through teaching, dialogue, journaling and gentle body awareness, participants will have a window for opening into a deeper sense of their own inner world. Jung's work will be the guiding focus for our explorations and understandings.
Jung said, "Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart."
Please bring a journal or writing material and feel free to dress comfortably.
